This work triggers the gifted performer's innate mental powers and generates or harnesses 'air' energy by opening the avenues of their life force; universal energy, or the energy that permeates everything around them. With 'air components' free to breathe, you are able to be truthful in the moment; to be truthful on stage (or on screen) and go moment to moment in the work. Now you believe it, fellow actors believe it and the audience believes it.
